Parking spaces
3 parking spaces are provided for each terraced house box, assuming that the size of the parking space is conditionally 2.7 x 5.0 meters and there is a maneuvering area of at least 7 meters wide behind the parking space. Delineation of parking spaces is not considered necessary, as the owner of the box is the only user of these parking spaces. The parking area is divided between the different booths by a low hedge, which does not restrict the driver’s field of vision when leaving the parking area.

Systems

  • Total heat load consumed is 166kW
  • Floor heating 28kW
  • Production of domestic hot water 138kW.

The lifetime of KVJ systems is 15-30 years. The exact lifetime of the systems depends on the selected products.

Heating
Air-water heat pumps are planned as the heat source for the buildings to be built.

  • Atlantic Extensa A.I. 8 R32 outer part (700228)
  • Atlantic Extensa A.I. 8 R32 inner part (024302)
  • DHW kit (V2)
  • Domestic water boiler MILEO 300l, siug
    2.6m2, electric heater 3.3kW

A floor heating system with a temperature schedule of 40-35 will be installed in the building.
The ventilation equipment is heated by electric heaters.

Solar panels

  • Dah Solar 460w, full screen
  • Inverter Sofar HÜD 5kw, 3f, wifi

Windows

Wood-aluminum frame, opening inwards. RAL 7039

  • Thermal conductivity: Uw=0.78 W/m²K
  • Sound insulation: Rw (C, Ctr) 45 (-1, -3) dB
  • Weather resistance: E1200

Ventilation
Each terraced house box is provided with its own wall-mounted ventilation device with rotor heat exchanger, e.g. Komfovent R450.

  • Komfovent Domekt R 450 V
  • Remote control C6.1
    – Easy start-up: quick setup of the heat pump
    – Intuitive interface makes it easy to use
    – The intuitive menu adapts to the settings selected by the user

Basic parameters of ventilation equipment

All ventilation units are equipped with motorized exhaust air and air intake dampers.
Heat recovery coefficient of plate heat exchanger and rotor heat exchanger >80%.
The housing of all ventilation units is made of thick galvanized steel sheet, placed on a rigid bolted frame structure. Insulation thickness 100 mm.
General technical characteristics of the devices:

  • Air valve: Consists of opposing galvanized steel sheet plates connected by self-lubricating joint bearings. Density class T4.
  • Filters: Intake air filters are class ePM1 50%, exhaust air filters are class ePM10.
  • Noise attenuators: ventilation systems are equipped with noise attenuators.
  • Body: Manufactured from reinforced galvanized sheet steel, the cover and panels are easily removable to allow access to the motors.
  • Motors: motors are used, operating mode 230-400V, IP55B, protected against overheating.

Piping and materials
Main and distribution pipelines are installed in shafts.
The main heating pipelines are made of steel pipes.
To balance the heating system, balancing valves with measuring nozzles are installed on the pipes. Ball valves are the shut-off valve and drain valve of the heating system. There are automatic vent valves for venting the heating system.

Insulation
The heating trunk and distribution pipelines under the ceiling (except for the branching to the heaters) are insulated with stone wool bark insulation. Underfloor heating main pipes located in warm rooms and shafts are insulated with series 22 thermal insulation.

Adjustment and setting
Regulation of ventilation systems is primarily carried out by means of regulating valves installed on branch pipelines. IRIS type control valves are preferably used. The final setting of the rooms is carried out with the regulating elements of the end elements (ceilings, diffusers, gratings, etc.), or if they are not available, with the IRIS type valve placed in front of the end element.

Noise
In order to prevent the spread of noise, noise suppressors are provided for all intake and exhaust pipelines coming out of the ventilation units.

Fire protection
Fire-stopping valves are installed on the air ducts at the transitions from the boundary structures of the fire-stopping zones. Class E fire dampers are used for ducts up to a diameter of 125 mm, for larger ducts use EI class fire dampers (according to standard EN 15 650).
Air ducts passing through the fire zone as a transit are fire-resistant insulated.
The openings of the passages through the fire protection structures are intended to be sealed with a fire retardant substance that has the corresponding certificate by the corresponding authorized company.
The flammability of air ducts and pipe insulation surface layers must generally correspond to class B-s1,d0 and A2-s1,d0 in evacuation staircases.

Insulation
Outdoor ventilation ducts are insulated with SI100+ sheet metal. Air intake ducts are insulated with SI100 throughout. The ventilation ducts in the operable places are covered with tin.

Heat node
Air-water heat pumps are provided as the heat source for townhouses.
