After that, a written booking agreement is concluded, on the basis of which 5,000€ is paid.

Within one month, it is necessary to sign a binding contract and pay 15% of the cost of the apartment, minus the already paid 5,000€.

The remaining 85% of the cost of the apartment will be paid after the construction of the apartment and the house is completed.

The buyer bears the costs of notary services and state fees.
